 Our consulting services are led by Floyd Bjorgan.  Floyd has over 30 years of leadership experience, mostly as a senior executive in a company providing software technology and professional services.  He has had roles of President, VP of Canadian Operations, VP of Products, VP of Human Resources, and other senior roles.  His work experience ranges from mid-size private business to Fortune 100 companies.

Floyd is passionate about helping businesses grow and helping people improve their leadership skills.  He is very fortunate to have been able to live and work in Canada, the UK, and Australia and travel much of the world providing his expertise to help others.

With a Masters Degree in Education, Adam is our subject matter expert on training.  He is experienced in determining employee needs and designing training programs which align with organizational vision, mission, and values.  He leads our corporate training assessment and advice service engagements.
