The Building Excellent Teams program will help team members improve their ability to communicate, collaborate, and cooperate. It will change their perspective from differences are annoying to differences are strengths!
We use the most popular tool of its kind - the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) - to help team members improve their self awareness and learn how to work better with others on their teams.
The program uses both one-on-one meetings and a group workshop to provide a customized experience to achieve practical and immediate change with significant and lasting impact.
